Satisfactory stay near shopping
usb charging excellent soundproofing quiet air conditioning
the rooms are nice. it has usb charging slots which are very useful. the soundproofing was excellent, i didnt hear much noise. the air conditioning was whisper quiet too.
the hotel is a little far from main attractions, i had to take a bus for most things.

the staff was helpful. they were able to assist me with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. the reception provided quick assistance when i needed a taxi, they were friendly and efficient.

decent stay near shopping
good breakfast shopping center friendly staff small pool faulty fan missing mug
The breakfast was good (i liked the fresh juice). The hotel is connected to a shopping center. This made things easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I stayed for a few nights.
The pool was pretty small. Finding it required some effort with the elevators. The bathroom fan did not work . I only got one mug. I mentioned it, but i didn't receive a second one.

complimentary mini-bar outdoor pool comfortable bed distant location unfriendly staff single keycard
the complimentary mini-bar was a good surprise i especially enjoyed the variety of drinks it offered the outdoor pool on the roof was a highlight it provided a refreshing escape the hotel's newness was evident in the great bedding i found the bed very comfortable.
the location required a walk to the centre i had to rely on the bus staff were polite yet lacked warmth a more cute attitude would improve the experience only one keycard was provided it was inconvenient for two people sharing the room.
